Gorkha Fashion Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We at Gorkha Fashion strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the following conditions:

– You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
– All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
– Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Gorkha Fashion.

2. Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at contact@gorkhafashion.com.au to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Faulty or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@gorkhafashion.com.au. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the defective product, including any associated shipping costs.

5. Consumer Guarantees

Our return and refund policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
